Immunogold Localization of Potential Virulence Factor in Toxoplasma gondii

Media Details
Created 3/29/2005
Localization of proteins by immunogold microscopy in the parasite Toxoplasma gondii. Here the potential virulence factor phosphoinositide-specific phospholipase C is shown to localize to the base of the rhoptry organelles, part of the adhesion-invasion apical complex of the parasite.
